You are not permitted to use any product designs, product names, or trademarks presented on this site without prior written consent from Robert Pludra. Unauthorized use of these intellectual properties is strictly prohibited.
Robert Pludra strives to provide accurate and updated content on this
website to the fullest extent possible. However, there may occasionally
be errors, price changes, or sold-out goods, which we reserve the right
to correct. We also reserve the right to change prices or modify product
availability at any time.
Neither Robert Pludra nor any employee or representative of Robert
Pludra can be held liable for damages arising from the use of this
website or the products sold here, except where such liability cannot be
excluded by law. The prices of the products are stated in the order
confirmation. Unless otherwise specified and agreed in writing, the
price does not include additional charges such as shipping fees, taxes,
and customs duties, which will be invoiced separately when applicable.
It is the customer’s responsibility to periodically review billing
information provided by Robert Pludra, including any notices sent or
posted by us.
You can place orders online 24/7. We process orders Monday to Friday,
from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Orders placed outside these hours will be
processed on the next working day. Simply select the items you want and
add them to your shopping basket. You can modify the contents of the
basket at any time before completing your purchase, and you can review
the total price and items in your basket throughout the process. It is
your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the customer information
you provide when placing an order.
When you place an order, you will receive an initial order receipt via
email and order confirmation by email. You will also receive a shipping
notification once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
All prices of our products are listed in CHF and include local VAT. The
shipping costs will be added after you select your preferred shipping
option at checkout. The total cost will be shown in the order summary
before you confirm your purchase. If a redelivery is required due to
failure to collect your parcel or your absence at the agreed delivery
time, the cost will be at your expense.

Goods are shipped within a maximum of 5 working days, usually within a maximum of 2 working days. Goods are delivered via postal operator or courier, depending on the choice of the Customer. Goods are delivered to the address provided by the Customer in the order form. The Seller shall not be liable for non-delivery of goods in a situation where the Customer has provided an incorrect address. The Seller allows the possibility of delivery of goods to an address outside the territory of Poland. In this case, the Customer should contact the Seller directly to make individual arrangements on the details and costs of the implementation of a specific order.
We ship internationally. Our shipping rates for the CH, Europe and the
Rest of the World are outlined below. All orders are trackable and must
be signed for. The total value of your order will be calculated at
checkout and the appropriate charge applied to your order. Where
applicable, you are responsible for any customs charges / import duties
due at the destination country.

Please contact us directly about shipment outside of the European Free
Trade Area (EFTA). Our team will be happy to assist you.
Once your order has been processed, goods will be dispatched to the
specified delivery address. If your package arrives damaged, please sign
for the consignment as ’damaged’ and notify us immediately.
Unfortunately, there may occasionally be delays to your delivery due to
circumstances beyond our control. We cannot however accept liability for
any loss or inconvenience that may result from the delay.
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after
receiving your item to request a return.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If products have been paid in full, Robert Pludra provides a warranty that all products will be free from production errors for two years from the delivery date. Complaints about defective products must be filed within this two-year period to be eligible for repairs, replacements, or refunds. The warranty does not cover defects caused by incorrect use, inadequate maintenance, transport damage, or alterations made by the customer.
If the customer identifies any defects in the products, they must notify Robert Pludra in writing within seven working days of becoming aware of the defect. Failure to notify within this period will invalidate any claim. If the customer wishes to return products due to a defect, a completed claim form, including photographs and descriptions of the defect, must be submitted.
Robert Pludra is only liable for material damage caused by delivered products if it can be proven that the damage occurred due to our error or negligence. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as operational losses or loss of earnings, resulting from the use of our products.
These Legal Terms are governed by and interpreted following the laws of Poland, and the use of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sales of Goods is expressly excluded. If your habitual residence is in the EU, and you are a consumer, you additionally possess the protection provided to you by obligatory provisions of the law in your country to residence. Robert Pludra Design Studio and yourself both agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Warsaw, which means that you may make a claim to defend your consumer protection rights in regards to these Legal Terms in Poland, or in the EU country in which you reside.
